Commercial Sector
Statewide Mechanical Services have a range of experience in the commercial sector including the design and construction of the commercial offices for the ATO regional headquarters, the Dapto Centrelink and the Bridge Street offices in Coniston.
Hospitals & Healthcare
Statewide Mechanical Services has provided world-best services to both private and publicly-funded healthcare clients across Australia, including the $4 million Sutherland Hospital upgrade and the design and construction of the Parkes Hospital.
Aged Care & Retirement Sector
The Statewide team have been involved in a range of projects within the aged care sector including the design and construction of the Illawarra Diggers aged care facility and construct to consultant design for the Scalabrini Drummoyne aged care facility.
Entertainment, Church & Auditorium Sector
Our impressive portfolio includes many significant projects in the entertainment, church and auditorium sector including construct to consultant design on the Hillsong Epicentre and the Western Sydney Performing Arts Centre – better known as the Sydney Coliseum.
Prisons & Correctional Sector
Prison and correctional services HVAC (or Heating, ventilation and Airconditioning) is a highly specialised field of work, requiring expertise in design, construction and a clear emphasis on communication and partnership with the design and build team. We have extensive experience in this sector and can provide glowing testimonials for previous projects including both the minimum and maximum security facilities at Parklea Correctional, the Villawood Immigration Detention Centre and the Riverina Juvenile Justice Centre.
Education & University Sector
Statewide Mechanical Services works closely with educational architects and developers to produce buildings and technical solutions that meet these specific needs, across primary, secondary and higher education. We have been a key collaborator for many high-value projects within the Education sector including the design and construction of student accommodation facilities at UNSW, construct to consultant design of Block Q of the Wollongong TAFE, and the design and construction of various projects at UoW.
High-Rise Residential Sector
The Statewide Mechanical Services team have a keen knowledge about the high-rise residential sector. We have spear-headed a number of projects within the sector including the design and construction of the Broadbeach Tower in Fairy Meadow, The Esplanade in Wollongong and Common Ground in Camperdown.
Defence Sector
The Statewide team have worked on a number of high profile HVAC projects within the defence sector including the design and construction of the HMAS Creswell Naval Training Facility, and construct to consultant design of the Sikorsky TLS Defence Aviation Facility in Nowra.
Retail Sector
We have many years of experience working within the retail sector; our portfolio includes the design and construction of Warrawong Plaza and the Ambience Fairy Meadow complex. We were also involved in the construct to consultant design of the Bunnings building in Bonnyrigg.
Council & Government Sector
Our impressive design and construction portfolio includes some of Australia’s most interesting and challenging builds. We undertake works up to $10 million and work throughout the entirety of NSW and the ACT.
Industrial & Warehouse Sector
The Statewide Mechanical Services team have significant experience within the industrial and warehouse sectors. Our experience in this sector includes the construct to consultant design of the Tasco Mill in Bombala and the design and construction of the Tallawarra power station.
